Let me get this straight.....you need a license for every flavor e-juice?

That is crazy....

Is the basic recipe not the same minus the flavor you add?

Are all e-liquids based on the same recipe just a different flavor added?

Is that what they are trying to license? Flavoring?

Why is my auto spell checker using the American flavor and not flavour?

its a bit of a farce really, i mean how can they justify a cost of £1.8 billion? just for someone to say yeah ok its safe. how much does it cost them go run tests on these thing?
