It’s a new day, and a new strategy to quit smoking.

I have charged up all my batteries either via the mod itself or via charger.

Keep an eye on this space as I am hoping to do a day abstained from smoking.

I have had 9 in 7 hours and 40 minutes. Right now, I am going onto my mod.

I have also changed my banner and added a bit of info.

I have rewicked my dead rabbit, as I think I was getting a dry burn because I could not see any bubbles forming. Now it is ok.

Change info under my banner to read 13 hours removed, as when I awoke, I picked up my mod and vaped. Then I had the injection and came back and had a cig. As my mother said, I could not take my mod.

So bo ho, to me.

You must know by now that you simply won't succeed without nicotine.

If you don't want to vape nicotine, get some nic pouches, the stronger the better - you can get them up to 50mg or higher these days...

I am using a disposable that I did not think I had.

However, it does have nicotine in and I am still coughing.

Smoked until 5:30 PM today.

it’s common for nic in the vape to make you cough while you are still smoking. you need to have a day or so without a fag for it to stop making you cough.
