2:30 in and i have vaped the remainder of my last disposable and am still coughing.

I now have it set to 10watts.

I have since Quit smoking as of 6 PM today.

I am trying but, to no avail I am trying.

Do yourself a favour - instead of attempting to stop smoking completely, try having a smoke at the times like after a meal or with a cup of tea/coffee and use the vape at other times.

You've been reporting in repeatedly about how long it's been since you've last smoked, generally how many hours, and it is obvious you've never actually managed to quit - and apparently you've been posting similar stuff in the past on other sites, possibly for years.

Try smoking AND vaping, if you can't stop smoking, just try reducing how much you smoke by substituting some of the cigs with a vape as any reduction of how much tobacco you smoke in a day is a step in the right direction.

I'm still watching, so to speak. Have a similar battle with beer, often all I ever think about is my next drinking day, this thread is like me thinking out loud. I get what's going on, although to many folks this thread might appear bizarre and self absorbed or whatever.

I have an Aged Cameroon Seco in my possession. And loaded into a pod.

Also, some Connecticut CT Fronto.

Since my last post I vaped from 7:30 until 8:52 PM, now since 12 midnight tonight, I have been vaping.

Since i have not added any nicotine to the bottle.

I only cough once in a while

Yeah, I think I have to give up Nicotine full turkey. No matter how low my nic is I just cough.

I have 2 pods each with 6mg nic and cough.

The tobacco one is 0 (zilch, nada, zero, nothing) inside and I only cough say once every 10-20 pulls
