Thoughts On The Sxmini Puremax

The draw is not ideal for me. have been using the 1.2 pods with the airflow closed, but then it can get a bit warm.

It's hard to get the auto-draw to fire with the 0.8, even with the airflow completely closed. Seems like it is aimed at RDTL rather than MTL.

Oh its definitely aimed at the RDL I was hoping for a 0.8 coil to be supplied with it not a 0.6, how ever I will get another one of these devices.

Were is the well known issue here ? as I've had one for nearly three weeks and a second one around a week and no leaking or anything from either of them and the only known issues I've read about are on here the last few days with leaking and possibly faulty pods

Mine is leaking like a sieve with any viscosity of juice.

Clearly defective but avalanche said they can’t replace as only have pods in packs of 2.

Will email Yihi with my proof of purchase and see if they will help and in the mean time order some new pods from a more reputable vendor.

That's defo not good I got my puremax mods and coils from vape uk they seem better than avalanche vapes with getting decent pods lol

Yeah I think I got a dud.

It’s just frustrating it’s an in the bin job when it arrived defective.

Yup, understand the frustration. Unfortunately with mass produced plastic products it can happen. I've been happy with Avalanche, just put in another order with them. I mean the device is £10+ cheaper than anywhere else, not much to complain about.

Looks like if your order is fine then they are a decent company to deal with. shipping is fast and was packed fine.

However if you look at the 1 and 2 star reviews you see the trend with the poor customer service with faulty products.

First and last time I ever deal with them, I appreciate the defective pod isn’t their fault but you really see the true value of a supplier when you see how they deal with problems.

Is it well known? Well known enough that sxmini changed the design almost immediately. Online personalities have commented on it.

The issue is that when your V1 side fill pod leaks, it'll leak into the battery and board. Leave the house with it... Go on a walk. If you have v1 pods, they will leak. But don't worry, sxmini will make good on it.

It has already been established that the leaking pod is a V2. So...
