Vamo or k100

Hi guys, I'm goin 2b taken a step up on vaping! I currently use an ego-ce4 & a mini pro tank. I'm think'n I'd live either a vamo or k100 mech mod! So my Q is--- are mech mods better & shld I get a k100? Or shld I stick with getting a vamo as they seem 2b popular & used by a lot of exp vapers.

HI :-) if you look at my thread 'mech mods, why?' there some great answers that i hadnt considered. i just upgraded from a vision spinner vv and the ususal ego's to a vamo v5. i have to say its fantastic, ive used a protank 3 and a vivi nova on it, i use it set to watts and found 9 watts to be the sweet spot on the protank 3, not even a hint of burnt taste and at least treble the vapour production, not to mention better battery life. you might also like the Smok SID, similar cost and function. i got my vamo from an ebay seller called magicman in pwllheli for less than £50 with 2 batteries and a descent charger. hope you upgrade and experience the difference!

Oh if you go for the vamo, get a stainless one as other users advised me that the others are made of poor metal and the threads wear out fast.

I have the Vamo V5 running protanks 1,2 and 3 as well as a Hypertank and it really is a decent bit of kit for the money if you are just starting out.

I was going to get the K100 but like the Variable wattage.Voltage on the Vamo, plus I can also test the Ohms on my coils when I build them for my protanks which is a massive plus for me. The Vamo is bigger than the K100, and I might even get the K100 still for playing with my AGA T2

I suppose the main difference is one has an LCD screen that shows your Watts/ohms/volts and Battery life and is protected, the other (K100) does not as standard.
