Many thanks to rob(ocop) for the group buy, mine came today all good here sorry to here some apes have faulty units, as ever you roll the dice with QCing from the dragon.

It's built like a tank, impressed so far as said the 510 may need a retro fit the FDV 510 V5 looks to be able to take what looks to be in the VT DNA output 14G wiring as it's a mare on a V4 and I wouldn't even try a V3. The stock one seems ok if a little shallow in the threading.

I set the battery to 16.6W/Hr (1500mAh) in escribe as I don't think it's a 1800mAh battery?

It's heavy and weighs more than 2 of my 3D printed DNA200s with 950 turnigys; )

Hope everyone gets sorted and enjoys the idiosyncratic wonders of the DNA200 :-P

Just to offer some info to those with problems and in particularly battery issues. I have been looking into this board with a view of building a mod for myself....here is a link to the DNA data sheet.

The item on the board that Mawsley referred to is in fact a fuse, the details about which are found within the pdf document. It is there to prevent reverse polarity damaging the board....just how some Chinese person connected a one way only idiot proof terminal who knows? But hey, here it is if it helps shed light for anyone.

I'm sat in my car while my oldest runs in for milk at my local tesco.. I took a massive lungful of vapor and let it out ( still testing the vt200) and this woman next to me just gawked at me[emoji23][emoji23] did another and she disappeared in the vapour lmfao! And yes my windows are closed hehe
