Just read something on the vapecige website saying there is no after sales support for boxes bought as part of a group buy.!
It said that they reject all group buys but some people break the rules and they will only support mods bought through a vendor.!!
Backtracking maybe?
Is this true as I've tried navigating back to the page mentioned but it seems to have gone.
They have also deleted a Facebook status saying "they have nothing to say"

Thinking the issue may possibly be the lipo cells as aren't they supposed to be kept at 3v and above and die/become dangerous if too low.
Some photos you've posted show cells at 1.4v.
Could be the packs?
