South Carolina is gonna try and ban sales of anything dealing with vaping. Including banning the transit of it, and make it illegal to even have it shipped to you , so if you live in South Carolina you can not order it online and have it shipped to your home.
The way this article is worded, it makes it sound as though even 18 wheeler big rigs would be charged for transporting anything dealing with vaping on their trucks that was even going to another state. So they would have to route around South Carolina to keep from being in violation of South Carolina vape law.
