My air science Laminar flow (which we now use outside the cleanroom for small jobs you just can't be arsed to get gowned up for) is like being in a rocket factory ..fricken thing.Certainly shocked me, i actually rang the guys at air science up and made them listen to it down the phone, just to check it sounded right [emoji23][emoji23]
Also, i have no idea why because i knew the dimensions before i ordered it, when it arrived i was seriously shocked by how big and heavy the thing was! Weighs a bloody tonne!
We have the white shoes here as well .. they are pretty comfortable actually!Full gowns are a pain in the arse hairnets and beard snoods even more so but my biggest ballache is overshoes so I bought some steel toecap white cleanroom only footwear instead.
Those filters are all noisy though, I can remember trying mine for the first time and thinking it's like working next to a jet engine.
Needs must though, as you say yiu just crank up the tunes
I did some consultancy work in a sandwich factory for six month's. And as clean as it was the mix of smells from the fillings gets into everything and I couldn't eat a supermarket sandwich for month's. Have you got to that point with your juice. We have the white shoes here as well .. they are pretty comfortable actually!
You get the scent of flavourings which makes it smell like a sweet shop but other than that it doesn't seem to carry over into anything else.I did some consultancy work in a sandwich factory for six month's. That's good. Nothing worse than being put of your own stash. You get the scent of flavourings which makes it smell like a sweet shop but other than that it doesn't seem to carry over into anything else.
Everything is cleaned down with D10 and/or Selgiene Extreme so other than airborne smells theres nothing hangs around for long.
