Watt wire (LOL)

Just venturing into rebuildables and waiting delivery on a Geek Vape Griffin and a Mutation X V4S, I must say though that I am a little perturbed by all the leaking issues regarding the Griffin on here as the reviews I see on YT never mentioned them.

Anyway I have a Smok R200, IPV4S and an Innokin Coolfire IV Plus to play with. My question is what wire gauge I should be looking at for my first builds? I like a warm vape and love flavour over cloud if that makes sense. 24 gauge around 2.5mm seems to be popular although I will probably start with the Mutation on a single coil. Eventually I will look to move to NI200 and TC to minimise dry hits etc

I currently use the Innokin Apex ISub tanks, the big one and the small one. The small one is nice flavour producer especially with the Clapton coils. The bigger 5ml tank is too cool for my taste irrespective of settings or coils for some reason, I can only put it down to the extra height?? Even with the NI200 coils and temp control on the big tank was pretty flavourless ( not tied them in the small tank yet).

So hopefully some recommendations on wire would be appreciated.

24awg sounds a good start or if you could try twisting two 26awg's

24-26 is a good area to start.
I have just put a nice little 28g 8 wrap in my wife's Griffin she is pretty impressed with the build. I could easily twist that but she wanted to keep her wattage low.

with either of those 2 gauges you get a real choice in what you want to build. you could go and get some 32-34 gauge too then if your feeling confident make a pair of claptons for it.
