Not quite - cockney 'proper' is from a specific area of London. It's really just 'posh' versus ........... erm ............... 'not posh'.

I mean, i can hear the difference in the two extremes but yes, for me its very hard to notice the diferences in between...altho half the time i dont understand what language u r speaking either
