Hi All.

I'm Al, today is my first day vaping, having been out and bought an eGo CE4 kit and a few liquids. Although, it's taking a little getting used to, it's nowhere near as bad as I thought it might be.

Having smoked for around 40 yrs (yes I started around age 12) and having tried many times over the years to stop, the longest period I ever managed was 6 months, i've come to the conclusion, I do not really want to stop smoking, just cut the amount that I spend per month.

Hence having spoken to several friends, and how much they're saving per month, I've deceided to join them, and now i've found several more here hopefully.

I'm Joe, a youngun around here! I'll keep it short, my main piece of advice, don't stress yourself, the odd cigarette is better than all the time, so don't beat yourself if you still give in to the urges sometimes. We all smoked once and some probably still do a bit so we won't lynch you if you struggle to start!

hello and welcome BigAl i started on the chokies when i was 12 as well i gave up last month and yeah vaping takes a while to get used to but its way better than smoking with different flavours and shiny bits of kit to get hold of i love it and since I joined here i've already upgraded to a vv vw mod a zmax v3 flat top and am starting to look at mechanicals - have fun enjoy the forum and watch out for shinyitus it might get ye.
