You get a stubby drip tip too remember on the mini.nah, that's the mini... the regular hastur MTL has a stubby tip.
I wish they didn't have a load of products with the same name too.

I know some like it, some don't. The airflow was a tad odd on the rda version I remember.

EVL Twin is currently my favourite, not rebuildable, the EVL Reaper v3 is rebuildable however.
Might be worth you looking into the Reaper v3, can be swapped between restricted direct lung and mouth to lung. You can purchase either the direct lung or the mtl version and then buy the conversion for the one you didn't go for if that makes sense. I've never used it but it is rated highly. It is also bottom fill, if that is a concern to you.

how many others have you tested so far? i try to get an ideea if i am going to spend hundreds of bucks. don't get me wrong, i defended my kf primes a lot saying the flavour was top notch when testing low end gear and everyone was envy of my setups, in reality was just a lie so i don't feel bad for spending so much money while seeing others havin' all types of attys and they were saying kf prime is good but not as good as their current setups(such as mini v3).

Trouble is, no matter how many answers you get, it is always going to be a gamble, you won't necessarily like something just because the majority do. You're asking for a lot if you want loose and tight airflow, very few tanks, if any have managed to nail the whole mtl/dtl hybrid.
The good thing about now compared to a few years ago is the sheer amount of mtl tanks being released, one time it was all high end, now you're spoiled for choice.
