Your first ever kit

I did a fair bit research before commiting myself to my first purchase..and was originally dead set on a Smok Alien and Baby Beast tank....but i went into a local vape shop...and the owner in there told me it was crap! The Alien has a poor rep and the tank's coils apperently don't last (and yet the guy sells them in his shop....woz g'wan there? :hmm:)

So i came out with the Aspire Zelos and Nautilus 2 tank kit...plus some juices of course. This was quickly followed up with another Aspire mod..the 100w Typhon as a back up. A few more tanks bought or won..and then I needed more mods...so i bought a H Cigar mod the VT133..then i got a Tesla Steam Punk Nano, followed by a Kamry K1000 plus epipe..and so on and on and on...gee.... it's damned addictive this vaping lark!

And i recently won another mod...i'm losing track!

Yeh..i can believe that Mawsley! Fibreglass wick...ach=y vi! The taste must have been.....interesting! :puke:

Taste was muted, wicking was poor, and cutting the stuff when rebuilding left little fibres floating about. It wasn’t fibre glass, but similar. It’s why many opted for mesh and stainless rod wicks. Thank god someone thought about trying cotton. :D

It was the endura t22 kit that I started my vaping journey on I think I still have it somewhere :) then a month later got the cool fire 4 and a cleto tank

Yeah they where excellent. Haven't been in for a while but I think we worked out that we found them late 2014 and they'd been going for six year's by then.
We soon ran through the bigger stuff too.
pure luck i went in tbh, I was opening my bookshop opposite them and was sick of having to smoke in the garden at home so thought Id get a pen thing for the evenings tried the pen and it was ok ........but then the chap suggested trying the kit i bought ....... as you can imagine it was a different level. Iirc set me back £90 ish and a combination of using it all afternoon while setting up and wanting to get value for my £90(hate wasting money)meant i never had another cigarette. Theres still a unopened 20 pack of gauloises somewhere in the apartment

Yeah, we just couldn't afford to keep smoking so Mrs kid bought the full smokers angel kit which was three aspire ce 4's a 1000mah pen a 500mah pen, charger and three bottles of liquid. She did so well I followed a week or so later.
It was only a few weeks before we both had nautilus mini 's and I had a vapros spinner, Mrs kid had an istick 20.

The old kangertech aerotank mini coils had that silica fibre stuff for wicking too.
I first tasted chich sun in one and it blew my mind. Imagine how good it was when I put it in a tank with cotton wicking, lol.

I started with one of those cheap things you find in most corner shops, cost around £5 and vaped like crap, didn't last long before i was smoking again.

Second go round, i started with an innokin t22 and an aspire nx30 with nautilus x tank, about a week later i had a smok alien and baby beast tank.

Only been vaping properly for about a month or so and i now have various mods and tanks and have been on bit of an RDA binge of late (bought 4 this week alone), don't know why, just like shiny new things (someone once told me vaping was cheaper :lies:)
