Did anyone see the KID vaping?

I swear to all things amazing and wonderful, I saw a kid, not much older than my thing 2, VAPING. I was absolutely FLOORED.

Yep I saw him. If its the same kid, he was giving detailed info about the attys to his dad or brother. Mind boggles. But I also saw a kid who looked about 12 sorting an ecig and refilling it, but then passed it to his mum but that's besides the point.

Kids should be busy fetching beer or being a make-shift footstool, what a piss-poor parent they must be.

I did see a grown up in a 'onesie' vapeing a pipe - not as bad, but still very strange. Or do I just live a very sheltered life here in the village?
