Anyone else had Kamry K200 issues?

Hello folks! Posting this on behalf of a friend at work who has just took delivery of a Kamry K200 and it appears to be a dud. The display etc powers up but it just wont vape.Its tank works fine on my ego battery but it just wont fire on the kamry,checked for residue etc on the spring loaded contact pin but clean as a whistle,does anyone know if this is a common problem with this device? Toaffer I don't know about that particular problem but my OH has the K200+
He had to fix the bottom cap as it would only switch on if it was placed a specific way, he couldn't tighten it at all
Once he cleaned and scraped the threads it worked fine, but as this mod has a spring loaded centre pin it should work on every atty

Tell your friend to contact the vendor and get a repair or replacement

Ok thanks,He's struggling not to take it apart so sooner he sends it back the better,just need to make do with his ego 350 mah battery till it gets sorted out,I see your local! Is there any good vape shops in the fife area as yet? Cheers!
