Breathing problems from ecigs?

Awwww thanks Citrus that is so sweet of you... I know its going to get better, just that sometimes when you feel like this, you do wonder if reaching for the stinky is easier :( BUT I wont!!!!!
 
In my case and condition from 37 years of non-stop smoking, I think the only way is as much cold turkey as I can handle. I'm now having one smoke every 5 hours. Want to reduce it further to 1 in morning and 1 last thing at night. Maybe start that tomorrow.
 
Well I am currently still working on the PG/VG ratios, to try and get a better reaction. I started on 70/30 VG/PG ratio. This caused breathlessness. Then last night I tried 100% VG, also caused mild breathlessness. I have tried also 70/30 PG/VG ratio, similar reaction. So basically what ratio can I try next? Or am I simply allergic to Vaping full-stop??? Any ideas or advice much appreciated!!!!! (currently on pipes and cigs but trying to keep it way down! But how much longer on the tobacco!!! GGGRRRRRRRR!!!!!) :banghead: :diy:

The likely hood that you are allergic to vaping is pretty slim.

Just take it easy, dont take deep lung inhales, do slow short ones, or take into your mouth before inhaling. When you arent vaping (or smoke) take deep fresh lungfuls of oxygen.
 
Good advice KulrMeStoopid !!! Bit frustrating though when you're trying to get the daily nicotine fix!!! But true what you say, plenty lungfulls of sweet oxygen..
