Seems like it will be like a flu virus. It will change, it will mutate maybe... however if a vaccine is finally found, then it will be treated like a flu.
Many people gets vaccined for flu each year, so put another sting to the list.

I strongly believe that someone have the vaccine ready but its not releasing it until getting a really good deal with some pharma or government. If this hypothesis is right, and its demostrated in the future you will hear me swearing even being in the U.K. or China :D

This shouldn't be news, to anybody. It's been common knowledge, since it became clear, we don't develop resistance, never mind immunity. Yet the BeeB tout it as a headline?

It isn’t clear to anyone (except maybe you) that we don’t develop resistance or immunity. You can’t just spout these kinds of things as though they’re facts, when there’s no evidence it’s true.

I've been reading stuff coming out of India that says the exact opposite.

You're right, it isn't clear at all.... I'm holding up my 'nobody knows' sign. ;)

The simple fact we have no resistant or immune patients. If we did, we'd have a vaccine, by now. And an nhs that was COVID resilient. None of which has happened. Plus we are now seeing patients that have recovered, getting a second dose. Indeed the first confirmed death, of a second infection patient, was reported last week. Our glorious govs utter incompetence means we have no idea how ,any reinfected patients, we have. Lol. We don't even know how many fist time infected patients, either way. Immunity or resistance would be headline news. But no, no mention.
You realise you can find these yourself, right. Perhaps you could find all the information on the worlds immune or resistant patients? It seems fair for me to ask.

People who have recovered have built up some immunity of antibodies & T cells

However, just days before the vaccine breakthrough was announced a study
of staff at Guys/Kings College found this immunity may only last months
or in some cases a few weeks

though the study was on 90 people - WTF ???

So we have a potential vaccine that helps the body develop its own immunity
though it seems this immunity may be short lived

It is here to stay imho

Its almost like the Gov, and media, are deliberately trying to confuse and muddy the water. Humm, I wonder why?
Also . the beeb spouted it .. not the government ..

they aint exactly friends these days ..
