I got half way through.
It is bunch of statements and images and sounds, cut in such a way as to have the effect of a Hypno Frog.

The great reset is some sort of fantasy where, because the last year has been so shit we all, including Vladimir Putin, Gretta and the astronauts, decide to solve all of the worlds problems. Great idea. If I watched the Hypno Frog to the end, perhaps I might have believed it was going to happen.

We tried a local reset in my town today.
Turned all the electric of for an hour, and then turned it on again.
Bit like re booting a computer.
