@rilot they are more active on Facebook might be worth a trip on there to be honest. I'm not on Facebook but emailed them myself last week but I got no reply back

I don't use Facebook either.
If they can't be bothered to reply to emails then they don't deserve any business. I'll give it until tomorrow as I say and then do a Paypal dispute.

I think the were using my herpes back then so the delivery could be on your roof, in the Weeley bin or god knows. Sounds like he has stopped using them now so that could of been the issue. I'm at work so can't contact him now but as said if your on facebook hat would be the quickest way to get hold of him.
