EFVI not allowed at Vapefest 2014

This is what I'm thinking as a plan:
Use Vapefest as a meeting point only, somewhere we can all meet up at as it's accessible for most.
Then, those who want to have a nosey around, can, and those who don't fancy a nosey around can find a nice quiet spot to chill and get to know eachother a little bit better?

I can access about half an acre in the middle of the UK, but it would only comfortably fit about 50-70. A lot less with tents

I was thinking more of subverting the Actual vapefest, give everyone a chance to arrive, have a look around if they want then early afternoon all bog off and take over a pub?
