EFVI not allowed at Vapefest 2014

I'll check on Monday for free weekends from June to September and let you know some options if this is a goer. I think if we are going to do we we should stay 100% transparent as to costs etc etc. so I will post on Monday the availability and the cost for the whole hostel and grounds for the weekend then we can make the decision if it's a goer or look for a smaller venue. How does that sound?

If it helps at all I run 19 youth hostels in the Lake District all with acres and acres of grounds. If it comes to it we could use one of them for a weekender also there are 80 other venues across England and Wales we could have access to.

I'm obviously going to favour this idea,as the entire Lake District is within an hour or 2's drive of my hovel,rather than a 4+ hour drive to Shropshire.

Well i couldn't organise the proverbial in a brewery,i'm sure theres others outthere far better qualified to sort that,but if this happens i'd be more than willing to help with setting up the site beforehand,putting up marquees etc and the breaking down afterwards,cleaning up,packing away etc...

Who would we upset by advertising the EFVI? At vapefest?

It's 100% related to vaping.

I just can not believe that the organisers of possibly the largest meet of vapists offline and not help there own cause?
