Experienced Mod Builder Required

I have an old Black Hana Clone box with a SX350 chip in that was made for me a while ago now and an old Red Hana Clone which hasn't worked for a while, just says shorted every time you fire it. What I would like, if it's worth it and not too expensive is the insides of the black box transferred to the red box. Is this something someone would be willing to take on? Not in a hurry for it and willing to meet all reasonable costs.
