Fasttech postal issues - May/June 2019

Was it tracked @rew ?

My fear is my other order was isn't tracked has been blocked too and I'll never know. Making me start to doubt their system.

Yep. It arrived at processing centre 2nd June

Wonder what FT suggest is the 'proper way' to ship at the moment

29 May message saying item out of stock what do I want refund or alternative item
3o May I reply
31 May shipped
7 June I have delivery

Pretty good.
Not rubbing it in for those with delayed parcels.
It might be useful info for folk making orders.

However fastech are sending their postage these days, there seems to be an issue with Chinese Customs. Two of my last three orders from them have bounced from Chinese Customs and making subsequent post exponentially longer when it finally escapes...

Not impressed with whatever method Fasttech are currently using for their postage.

So just a heads up guys if you are intending ordering from Fasttech your mail may get sidelined. I seem to remember reading somewhere about Hong Kong cracking down on vape gear but I don't know if this is related.

Yep mine is taking longer too. Just ordered something else too, before I saw this. Meh.

Funny, I forgot to select UK epacket last week, and the shipping blurb said something like "Fulfilled by Fasttech". It arrived in 5 days, equalling my record.

Even a kitchen knife, which has to come by a special service in case it stabs someone arrived in 10 days.

I have another 2 on the way though - one's been a week and is still in China.

Another funny one - I've had "Properly cast" when stuff's been delivered.
