Both my orders are showing as having been shipped by HK post but I can't use the tracking number. It is saying there is no such number.

mine showed that for 3 weeks in Singapore post. the whole systems a mess tbh

I ordered a Nemesis mid September, said they sent it 29th Sept..No tracking info until yesterday when it says it's left the country on route to GB on the 18th October..stick with it guys, it's painfully slow at the moment

I spoke to one of the staff via a support ticket and a few orders were sent back to FT from Singapore post as a new aviation law states all packages have to be xray screened, would be why it said no such number on the trackers too

miracles do happen,, mine finally has a tracked status showing shipped to UK.. with luck by end of week my new mech will be here along with a couple of juices

FT support claim via a ticket the delay with missing Singpost tracking is down to a software bug, and Singpost claim to be working on a fix.
