I'm going to be fitting a Varitube 510 to my Hana clone.

I've seen a few photos on the web, and loads of them seem to end up slightly tilted, which really ruins the looks for me. What's the best way to drill the hole absolutely straight? Do you need a bench drill, or will I manage it with a hand held drill if I'm careful?

I mean when it tightens down it's level with the case anyways***

Its probably not the 'right' way to do things....but before I had my drill press, I used the following method.

Drill the hole snug but so the 510 will fit through.

Plonk in the connector

Flip the mod upside down, and place on a level surface.

Secure 510 with a healthy amount of jb weld from the underside, and leave to set on said flat surface.

Viola, one secure and 100% level 510 connector :D
