for a vape shop to sell none compliant tpd products they need to be shut down it’s that simple

that would be most of the popular bigger online vendors, then. boro tanks, >2ml devices etc. i think most of them have them on sale..

Pretty much 90% of what I vape is the Supergood Butter range, although it doesn't actually taste like butter.

It's giving me mild anxiety thinking that might get banned.

The current TPD laws don't even apply to the UK .. I think the EU are on "tobacco products directive 3" or at least well on the way to it. Only the parts we adopted in 2016 for the UK's 'Tobacco and related products directive' (or whatever it was called) have any bearing and other than the laws around e-liquid and nicotine they have been largely ignored since 2016... lets not forget that all tanks should be 'leak proof' and have child locks and all that stupid shit they made up and put in there too.

I think this is partly why they are floundering around now, they have done nothing since 2016 and they don't have Brussels to tell them what to do. And the vaping landscape has changed so much since 2016. I would guess that many newer vendors and vapers don't even know what the UK law is. People say TPD like it actually means something still.
