Have your say - Creating a smokefree generation

World war 3 will put this on the back burner for a wee while....so relax:)

do you think a fine should be issued and the options £100 or £200
what planet are these asswipes living on. i said £5,000 for first then doubled on each catch. also remove their licence to sell vape, lottery tickets and booze/fags.
i think a lot are these popup shops which sell phone cases and vape. they are in it for the money and dont give a toss about health or who they sell too as long as they make money.
ban all popup vapes and allow dedicated vape shops the only place to buy vapes.
also give a decent budget to trading standards to do daily raids. must admit last video i saw was years ago and they confiscated over 60,000 fake vapes and when it went to court they were fined £1000. believe they were up and running again within a week.

You know what they could do... if they really wanted to do something useful. Instead of banning random flavours on a whim, they could do the proper research and testing to find out which of the flavourings/flavouring componds are the safest to vape and any that could be potentially not so great over the long term. I remember watching something years ago, that suggested menthol might not be the best thing to vape continually every day. But other than the continuous hysteria about diacetyl, we hear very little about this sort of thing and the government don't seem interested at all.

i’ve read similar stuff about vanilla and cinnamon, dunno if it was propaganda or what.

Yeah exactly, we don't know. My general understanding is that in the amounts we use them they do very little (or none) damage to lung tissue, but it would be nice to know for certain. Especially with all these disposables filled with god knows what sweeteners and stuff.

Done.

The thing that bothered me is that most of their so called proposals aimed at preventing under age vaping would target everyone and not just youngsters so I made that point on several of their questions.

Not going to bother filling it in as i have better things to waste my time with. The Government has probably already made a decision regarding vaping. if something happens to vaping that i don't like i wouldn't hesitate to get my Nicotine Fix by starting Smoking again. I ideally wouldn't want to.i don't or can't remember me liking any of the decisions the Government have made.
