Fair enough I'd say though that when I was in secondary in the late 00s way more smoked, than smoked or vaped now I also think that adults should be able to have a choice as to what they put in their body whether it be alcohol, nicotine or even sugar which they've recently restricted with the sugar tax

yes, the rate of smoking in youngsters has been falling for decades as well. you seem to conflate smoking and vaping, though. vaping has increased according to statistics, and anecdotally where i live that seems to be correct, from what i see round about me.

so all of these statistics are reflected in what i see when i’m out and about. less drinking and smoking, and much more vapes among youngsters.

Do you agree or disagree that the age of sale for tobacco products should be changed so that anyone born on or after 1 January 2009 will never be legally sold (and also in Scotland, never legally purchase) tobacco products?

E-liquids containing nicotine are classed as 'tobacco products' under the law currently right? So they are just going to ban anything with nicotine in for anyone born on or after 1 January 2009? .. is that the proposal?

i think they’ve just worded that clumsily. it’s only applying to tobacco for smoking.
