Hello from a North Staffs Vaping newbie!

Hey there

Just posting a hello. Started vaping this weekend. We bought an Ego twin pack for me and the wife, expecting to just "give it a go"...

So far, so good. Reduced my rollups from 20 a day to just a couple. I thought this would be a bit of a cheap hobby/alternative to tobacco.... WRONG!

So far, Ive ordered about 15 different liquids, including samples from Steamgunk and Triphammer, another couple of batteries and several CE4/5 atomisers.

Now I'm looking at mods and Tanks. My word, a new hobby! She will be pleased!

I've got a few questions, but I'll take a look through the forums to save repeating other users.

Welcome! Like you I cut down to 2 rollies a day in my first week of vaping. In my 2nd week I suddenly realised "what's the point?" after smoking a cig and then just stopped without really intending to. Best of luck to you and your mrs!

Hello and welcome daz_app! Well done to you and you're wife, you should start to feel the health benefits soon!

It costs a bit to start with to get a set up you are happy with, your costs should go down to just juice and wick and wire if you recoil yourself! That works for many people, but beware, you can get the shinyitis bug like some on here, where you can't help but lust after new devices!

At least your wife is vaping too, she should be understanding!

I know all about shinyitis. I play guitar ...Hopefully this will be a cheaper alternative to Guitar Aquisition Syndrome (GAS)
