I am not sure how to add friends here. But I am around. You won't lose me
I just vape when I feel that I could do with some banana taste or blueberry or whatever I have in the tank at the moment.
Sometimes I get the feeling of wanting a cigarette. But its the "smoke down the lungs" feeling I want, rather than the taste. I just vape a couple of puffs and I am fine again. It's more a "want" rather than a needy craving for a cigarette. No worse than being on a diet and wanting chocolate.

There's some great advice on here. I have been vaping for a month. My advice would be to quite the fags as soon as your ready, vape as much as you like, as it is less harmful for you. After a while (1 week) you'll taper off and find your own level to vape at.

It took me a while to learn how to vape, and I had all of the same questions you are asking. Take you time and enjoy it!
