Just thought I would join today as I have been smoking on and off since I was 18 and would like to quit for good.

I need advice on what the best beginers vape set up is. I know people who vape and the fruit smell rising off them makes me gag which has put me off.

Any ideas?

I would recommend the 3 below.
Innokin T20s pen style
JAC vapour s22 kit
Innokin coolfire mini/Zenith combo.
All good set ups and relatively easy to maintain
Have a look at them all and see what takes your fancy.

I would suggest tobaccos, caramels, nuts, butterscotch, biscuits, cookies, that kind of thing.... I don't like fruit vapes much either.

Any particular brand of vape pen thingie good? Do you have to buy the really expensive ones? Also i did try someones vape thingie before and totally coughed my guts up.

Hi Sarah. Some good suggestions for you already. If you don’t like any eliquid flavours, remember you can always use unflavoured liquid too. It tastes alright, miles better than fags, anyway.
