i am confuddled again....

So I decided to have a go at recoiling my protank I. Build the coil. Checked it 2.1. Cottoned it up. Checked again 2.1. Great. pole on. Top platic thingy on. Liquid in tank. Popped it in and wont fire.

Now fitted the exact same head in a evod/evod clone and fires up great. no issues what so ever.

Both times it was fitted on my smoktech sid and they both previously worked

Can anyone explain why it works on one and not the other?

I have a pro tank that works on all my ego's but not on my itaste VV. Strange.

That's the thing. Its always worked on the sid.

Check the center pin, if you pushed it in too far, the plates wont make a connection

just checked again. still no reading on the protank base. still find in the evod/evod clone

sounds like it could either be shorting somewhere on the protank or as previously stated the connection pin isnt out enough to make connection with the battery, make sure none of the coil is touching any metal on the head itself or the protank, if that isnt the problem pull the connection pin out a little bit, you could even try pulling it out a lot and allow the action of screwing it onto the battery to push it in.
