And also, what would you have as the alternative to not having a vaccine? Wait some more, continue with lockdowns? For how long?

With vaping
I knew that smoking was killing me so vaping was a risk worth taking.
I am not Anti-Vac i just want to know if something is completely safe before i use it.

how would you know it’s safe, though? you don’t trust the medical establishment, obviously. have you ever had a flu vaccine or let your children get vaccinated when they were wee?

Fair one - but that’s for you.

So you took up vaping because, if nothing else, it was the lesser of two evils, right? But you didn’t exactly know it was safe - yet you still started to do it.

Well - for many people, me included, a vaccine is exactly that in preference to continued uncertainty, perpetual lockdowns and false propaganda, which in my opinion cause far, far more harm than is being let on. Add to that to the fact that the people behind the vaccine are genuinely some of the best medical minds in the world then it’s a chance I’m willing to take, and I value and respect their opinion far more than anyone’s I’ll ever come across on social media.

It’s ok objecting to something and following your gut feeling - but have a basis for it.

There seems to be anti vax bashing going on in this thread and tbh I'm not sure there are any anti vaxers taking part.

I see people looking for answers as they obviously have questions, myself included.
To pick on an example as has been done above, vaping interested me but I'd have been stupid not to do my own research and ask questions before jumping straight in.

I say answer the questions or at least allow them to be asked and stop bashing those asking or start another thread for that purpose.

Why has the vaccine not been rolled out in Germany /Belgium where it was created ?
I am guessing they had first dibs on it since it was created there.
