Popped into a new vape shop in Solihull town today. Really friendly staff and very clued up (especially the owner).

He has been vaping a few years, is up to speed with the TPD, carries innokin, kanger etc and prices are not too shabby either!

Spent a good 30 mins chatting with us, his staff were helping people looking to get in to vaping and took the time to explain how the gear they were looking at buying works, battery and charging safety, how to look after the liquid, fill tanks etc.

OH put asked about a four bay charger, which they dont currently carry, and he asked which one he wanted and said he will get it in for him! (Turns out its a late birthday prezzie for me) no obligation to buy and if there is anything else we want he will source it for us.

We only purchased a pack of kanger sub ohm coils (£13) but will be going back for another nose in the new year.

The shop is crisp, clean and very welcoming. Its nice to have another decent local shop.

Glad there is a new shop, I went into another shop in Solihull to ask if they had any kanthal and I was met with a blank look - I said wire ? She said like a charging wire ?
I walked out

Just another quick update as popped in again NYE.

They had obtained the exact charger that OH asked for (not bad getting it over the xmas period) and all of the staff spent time chatting with us again, in between serving other customers.

The shop is just up from BHS (to the left if BHS is behind you).

They are very keen vapers and nothing is too much trouble.

Starter to advanced gear, wick and wire. Juice is 3 for £10 and they have one premium range at the mo. Not a huge range for some vapers, but more than most new shops have.

As im in Solihull most weekends it isnt any problem for me to collect any gear that i need. Saves driving out my way to another shop.

Again I would recommend them if you are passing by.

I went today, 70 quid for an rx200 70 quid for a NEbox and when I asked the lady is their 25 quid Twisted Messes 'RDA Tank' was a genuine or a clone she couldn't answer me.

Many thanks for popping into our shop yesterday. Great to have you in it! As you will have noticed, we have price cards on every single item in our shop (both in the window, and in-store) - pricing transparency is one of our key aims. Over charging is NOT one of them; equitable retail pricing is. We are all ex-smokers and avid Vapers (just like you, well done!) and our primary mission is to promote Vaping and help smokers quit cigarettes. Perhaps the cards were a little hard to read but, just for clarity, the RX200 is £64.99 and the NEBox is £65 - we then offer a deal on the required batteries (no use without them...). With the RX200, it's three batteries for the price of two (Samsung 25R5 - latest electrolytes), and with the NEBOX; same battery at half price.
My apologies if there was any confusion over the provenance of the Twisted Messes. Ours are clones (beautifully reproduced and machined to the highest quality, along with outstanding performance ) and are priced at £23.99. You will, no doubt, be aware that the genuine article usually retails at north of £40.00. All our staff are aware of this, but obviously some confusion has arisen and, again, I would like to apologise for that!

It would be great to see you in the shop again - if you have any specialist questions or queries, we have two mouth to lung vapers, and two advanced sub ohmers on staff - the level of knowledge is there to handle any grey areas needing clarification.

Went into the shop Saturday and bought a Vaperesso Target and a bottle of Charlie's Chalk Dust, Honey Badger, brilliant advice, extremely friendly staff and will be back there soon. I was smoking 25 a day for 20 years and only been vaping for 2 weeks but haven't even wanted a cigarette since. As a newbie I wasn't treated like an idiot but they listened to what I wanted which is great with no pressure to buy. Excellent shop and the best I have been to and I have been to a few in my search for decent liquids and devices.
