Aloha man, £5 per 10ml seems the average, few places like Darkstar have deals on, theres also the discount page but (the catch 22 situation with finances) bulk buying ends up being cheaper. Totally Wicked have a 25% off til the end of this month on 10 packs.
I know how you feel, im a student so money is always tight but just think how long a large batch will last, gives you enough time to save up again and still save money in the long run.
