Isolation, loss of income, bereavement, and fear ... All this is triggering mental health conditions or exacerbating existing ones. Being worried all the time, I faced the problem of insomnia. Currently, I'm looking for ways to solve this problem. Of course, I can take sleeping pills, but they can be used only for a short period of time. So, I use CBD oil. Also, I'm going to try yoga and meditation.
