However, maybe its cause its 4 in the morning...
the %'s on the back of the bottle dont make sense to me... at all.


can someone elaborate?

As she uses the same warning label for all of the products which contain different levels of flavouring and nicotine the warning label indicates the maximum percentages of each of the ingredients.

Where it states "Nicotine < 2.4%" this means there is less than 2.4% nictotine by volume in the bottle.
The product label on the front indicates the true level of nicotine in the bottle e.g. 18mg is 18mg per ml or 1.8% by volume.
