Prime Vapes - nicotine shots news

Yeah I did, although it’s the same company now I’ve never had a issue with DHL at all, almost all the wholesale incoming and outgoing goes through DHL. Most people want it yesterday when they order and being able to offer that next day guaranteed service seems like a nice upgrade for the same money.

Although we’ll stick with RM if that’s what’s preferred, it really is the same price even to me, so I’m happy to go with what the majority vote for! I’ll see if I can add a poll on the website [emoji16]
Not sure how it works now but 6 months ago DHL depot was responsible for all external parcels (outside uk) and all the uk mail depot were handled the internal parcels especially out in the sticks.
But really it makes no odds to me, although my daughter's just received a photo of a garden shed stating her Amazon parcel is in there... we dont have a garden shed [emoji45]

[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] oh man!

My experience with UK Mail was it’s usually fine, but when they do have a issue it’s a massive issue. Like it ends up 600 miles away from its destination or something [emoji23]

The trouble with couriers for me is that you usually have to be in to sign for it. Royal Mail push it through the letterbox or leave a card and I can pick it up at the depot on the way to work.

Think they have been alot better in the last 6 months, seems they used to have an employee who couldn't even get his own address right never mind anyone else's [emoji6] [emoji23]

Yep that’s exactly the reason I started using RM24 option, it’s ideal that it’s tracked but is still left for the customer without needing to be in. It’s a win for both vendor and customer.

And also that if it is too big to fit through, it’s a very simple and convenient process to pick the package up for the PO or local depot!

Plus the 6 day delivery, DHL want more to deliver on a Saturday, a lot more too - like a tenner or something.

These are deffo the pros for RM. the only real con is it’s not “always” next day, although a lot of the time it is!

I don't particularly mind if it's not next day Lee as I always place an order when I still have 2 bottles in the cupboard. Can't understand people who leave ordering to when they are down to dregs.

Thanks mate, I expect I’ll list both options for a short time and see what’s most popular over a month. Unfortunately we can’t offer both permanently because they both want volumes for the prices!

I may not even change it yet, it’s just feedback at this stage :)

But yeah, you’d be surprised. I have messages at like 7 or 8pm from customers asking if it’s too late to get next day delivery [emoji23]
