Think they have been alot better in the last 6 months, seems they used to have an employee who couldn't even get his own address right never mind anyone else's [emoji6] [emoji23]
Now it all makes sense! I actually have a customer that’s topped your record now, you’ll be pleased to know.
Not only does he enter his date of birth for his phone number repeatedly, but he also repeatedly forgets to put his house number. So we literally have no fucking idea where this parcel is going at all, almost [emoji23]
