Problem with drop rda

Well I'm stumped, I had the same issue and mine was the 510 pin being too short on some mods, we've ruled that out, trimmed the coil legs, you've tightened everything and tried it on two different mods, all that's left is single coil but I don't think it's going to solve it.

Have you got an Ohm's reader?

I do t have an ohm reader, I’ve been using this rda for a few days with no problems at all, this is the first time this issue has popped up

I more than possible that the coils have shifted ohms too. Complex coils can sometimes internally short across while bedding in causing the ohms to drop bellow the 0.1 cut off threshold. Nichrome can be a bitch with this. You can sometimes literally see the legs glowing and nothing else which gives a super low reading.
If the.coils are.still in place give them a strum, pull and squeeze before firing.

So I just took the coils out then unscrewed the rda then put it back in and it says ohm too low... even with no coils in
That's definitely a short circuit then.

This has happened once before and the culprit was a piece of wire that fell into the bed, washed it out and solved it, but you should be able to see if there's something foreign on the deck.

The only other place it can short circuit is the post insulator, either perished or incorrectly fitted.

There really isn't much more left to try but I would be trying to resolve it on an ohms reader.

You sir, have a hard short somewhere.
Check no wire has fallen in the mod and then check through.the rda.

Not a very good picture but a few days ago I noticed these two black dots, maybe the are wire that has burnt into the deck.... hoping it isn’t fucked

As I said not a clear pic but it looks like two black spots maybe the wire has burnt onto it, cannot get it off

My eye's won't ever see that bud, lol.
Strip her down and start again from bits as above.
We will find the culprit eventually.

Well I think I’ve found the culprits, I don’t think I’ll be able to fix this
