Sounds like you`ve got it sussed.
I'm getting dry hits if I vape for longer than like 1sec. Do I maybe need to thin the sides more?
EDIT: I'm only vaping at 60w. The coil is rated for 80. If I go to 80w the hit is really dry and nasty.
I'm delighted to hear your new kit has arrived and you've succesfully vaped on your first ever build. Sounds like you've done a great job.
I'm amazed you're able to vape that at 10mg and I'm not at all surprised you're getting a nic rush. I guess we all have different tolerance levels.
All my vape batteries are also Molicell although if my little squonking experiment works out I'm thinking of trying out the Samsung 30Q 18650's.

What's this experiment you speak of? I see those Samsung's have a slightly higher capacity than P28A's but slightly lower drainage amp.
30Qs are really good 18650s but the Amp rating system can be a bit confusing - they are rated by Samsung for number of charge/recharge cycles rather than their maximum safe discharge rate. Some places list them at 20 Amps CDR, some at 15 Amp CDR - this is for an anticipated 300 cycles at 15 Amps or 200 at 20 Amps. Mooch tested them ages ago and they got a very good rating as 20 Amp batteries.
I use 30Qs in dual 18650 regulated mods because i seldom go over 80 watts and they are great for that - but in a single 18650 mod I wouldn't push them over 50 watts - if you think you may go over that I think you're better off sticking with 25 Amp Molicels or maybe VTC5As
The wattage guidelines are notional and nearly always on the high side, start off about two thirds and work up if you need to, it`s about the taste, not the numbers.
