232°C-260°C I'd say you were bang on.

200° -- 600°F still seems excessive.

True - but most of the dual 18650 mods claim 180 to 220 Watts

I have just ordered my first MTL 24 FL full kit. I like the thought of more flavour and less juice being used. Will make my own fine N80 claptons tho.

I vape MTL at around 10 watts, tight airflow, standard round kanthal wire 28 AWG, 7/8 wraps, 2.5mm ID, comes out around 1.3 ohms. 50/50 juice.

As soon as my new tank comes i am going to try plain n80 round wire first, just to see

I've tried loads of things over the years ......... that's where I settled. I now put pretty much the same build in everything.
