Schools to ban ecigs in the North West

Now this is a new one on me. Its been on Real radio ever hr today (only as ive been driving for the past few hrs) anyway 50 schools in the north west are to ban pupils smoking E cigs in school


for fuck sake im might be 45 but when the fuck did schools allow pupils to use Ecigs in school
1 and 2 you have to be 18 to buy fags and ecigs, ye ye I know a lot of us smoking at school age but never in school.


I have just been talking to catherine about this that works in a school and she also said the kids use them at dinner openly lol


no wonder the generation gap is fucked up :hehe!:


they said they are banning them as they dont want to promote them as a thing that can be used in schools


bring back the cane and allowance of the chalk duster thrown at your head thats what i say . did me no harm lol

Who the hell is selling them to kids? Every responsible specialist retailer won't so it must be corner shop, over the counter sales of cigalikes.

Well, I'm possible going to get banned for saying this, but I am one of the younger users (Still legal, just), and even I find the use of them in schools stupid!
I'm currently at college, and if I want to use my ecig, I must go outside. Simple. And to be honest, I don't mind that at all!
Using them where other people are eating however, is just plain stupid. I try as hard as possible not to blow in peoples faces when out and about, but, to be blowing into peoples food!?

I thought there was no curreant legal age limit on e-cigs (which there damn well should be!) ? and that the age limit is self enforced by the industry ?

It may not be legally binding but it is responsible and those who sell to kids are helping to make a case for stringent regulation.

So 50 schools banning e-cigs? I can see this causing disappointment for the tens of thousands of schoolkids that use e-cigs.
