Been pondering that one myself, if it says cbd vape/ eliquild on the bottle then I think yes.
They might even branch out and try to restrict or make cbd generally more unattractive and more expensive, they're not gonna put extra tax on vape products and bypass cbd vape products. Load of money there, as cbd is far more expensive than a standard 10ml bottle of eliquid, 20% vat plus the incoming vape products tax equals kerching. Cbd vapes are also available in shortfill style bottles, anything up to 120ml, surely they're not gonna let that continue either.
apart from the ones intended for baking, fishing and aromatherapy massage, obvs
New regs, if the tories dont get it dont before the election then Labour will gold plate the legislation and do it.i can’t work out whether 0 nic will come under the remit of trpr, or if it will be restricted by the new regulations. i think it’s stated in trpr that it applies to “nicotine containing liquid” which makes me think they’d need to amend it, which is unlikely, so big shortfills might still exist, but only in the permitted flavours.

An updated tpdr, bringing non nic vapes into the fold, quite simple, now I've given it some thought perhaps it would not even even to go before parliament, there was talk of the D ban not needing new legislation.i suppose the new regs could stipulate maximum bottle size. seems a bit messy having two sets of regulations for nic and zero nic.
