The Route I've followed.....

:welcome2: to POTV,you sound like we both started this vaping malarky about the same time & are both at about the same point.I watched hours of youtube to learn the "secrets" of it all,& cash being severely restricted meant I had to make do with the cheaper end of the market,so now build my coils, mix my own juices & even cleared away all ashtrays from the house. My clothes/breath/PC no longer smell like a bonfire occurred in the house,I can go visit mates who still smoke & not crave a cigarette either, lifes kinda rosey

Thank you everyone for the well wishes. ...and want to agree with Chegs the smelling part dissapeared plus the wife would not get the fits if I smoked indoors, and now ....well I lie next to her in bed and vape.

Hi to everyone….with and without an atomizer.

My Vape journey began August 2013, the day I opened my Vcig package is the day I stopped using ashtrays for the first time in 33 years. It's been quite a learning curve with no one to approach in my circle of smoker friends for advice.

Since I have started vaping I've infected quite a few others smokers at work - without saying a word my 'shiney' and the aroma did my selling.

It took me 7 more days to upgrade to a MOD , 14 days later I turned my study into a Lab and started mixing my own juice. A month later I purchased my first RSSTand today I'm the proud owner of a Kayfun 3.1 ES clone. Two faultless productsto be recommended.

The DIY path was not easy -for me - but the determination to be self sufficient and proof my habit is financially viable provided the energy to 'Carry On' regardless. It's a course littered with disappointment, euphoria, learning new terminology, patience de Lux, tasting, contemplating and visualising percentages, discount codes, flavours, foreign currency, and revisiting the knowledge of pioneers in forums, yes! ....all this for the sake in discovering and mastering your perfect personal vape recipe.

It's been 8 month's and I've never touched a lighter. (although I'm still in the habit of checking if the e-cig's not burning anything)
I feel I've made some progress but I'm also aware I'm still at nursery school, but above all I'm self sufficient and my throat and taste buds are happy with the results I've achieved thus far.
