This coil came out at 1.2 ohms think it was about 10 wraps of 1mm ribbon and I'm amazed at the performance.
So easy to build and it just throws out the vapour even at such a high resistance.

And that's only using an 18350 red efest.

The coil within a coil is it ? Nice.

No it's just a single coil. You just wrap the ribbon wire round onto itself so it's like a disk. Works really well but hard to keep liquid on it.

From your picture it looks like you could get some cotton through it. Have you tried that ? Maybe it would help, just suggesting.

The hole in the middle is tiny (about 1mm) plus I think that would change the air flow on the coil.
Seems to work best when laid flatish on the cotton.

Just watched his video on this coil and the stove top coil .seeing as I have no ribbon but lots of.25 kanthal .I will giving the stove top a go .looks promising tho

Stove tops are a bugger to wrap. Think I need to come up with a jig. Its just easy for the wrap to fall off the previous wrap.

I've got four to mount in a silly rda when I've done ecperimenting witj nano coils in it.
