Soldering heat could well be a factor. a 30w iron is enough for these. Or just go in quick with a higher wattage iron. Tin the positive, tin the wire and join them while adding a little more solder to the joint.
I've yet to collapse one of the production run but I'm only at about 10a
They're down for the time being until we know more
Think I need to pick up some lower temp solder, most of the stuff I have doesn't flow well under 300°c. The 510 I have in the Triple S I'm in the midst of building has had minimal heat so we'll see if it collapses. In the mean time I'll grab some low temp solder and see how that goes..

Ta, have bought from that seller before. Picked up some 60/40 without the Flux as have tubs of the stuff. Lessee how this goes..

Sorry, been a bit mental over the past week. Should have an update this weekend. Gonna throw a 26650 Series together as well so should know with doing those 2
