Now just as you jumped down my throat I was typing this second response
trying to explain the history etc...
I draw to your attention the closing remarks...
Just as you chimed in...
Now I'll try to explain it a little more and use your own response if you please...
As I tried to say - remove vaccination or remove the control measures
and....
on its own, no measures of CONTROL - Influenza IS MORE DEADLY
with previous examples listed and afaik no lockdowns etc...
aaaannnnddd just prior to you jumping down my throat
i did mention the part about without a vaccine, 1992-2000 there was more deaths...
The main point above all else - does anybody remember the lockdowns of 70's & 90's
seriously impacting the country & economy etc...
(no me neither as i said)
that was the real point I was trying make in all this - that was all

Before I get lynched - the purpose of all this is to make a more FAIR COMPARISON
In the past, there was no real vaccine programme so less people were being vaccinated for flu
Now on THAT basis, population not being vaccinated (and no COVID-19 vaccine atm)
There were real epidemics during 70's & 90's with a higher death toll than COVID today
Split hairs as much as you like about actual real figures, actual pure deaths or associated deaths
My point above all else...
Do you remember the lockdown's from the seventies or nineties when all this took place ???
Me neither
Just as you chimed in...
TLDR it's not more deadly because it's being controlled.
Fuckedifinofickall fuck off with this shit youknowfuckall!

BUT WITHOUT A VACCINE, like in 1992-2000
for EIGHT YEARS there WAS MORE DEATHS than COVID-19
AND - these deaths were with a SMALLER POPULATION
The UK had a population of around 58m between 1992 to 2000 average
So that number of deaths in 1992~2000 would need to be increased by 15%
(in relation to UK having 67m or so today)
So say 60m deaths in 1999, in relation to today would be near 70m deaths
here are some pics...
