Guys, I thought I'd share a short review on my findings and opinions on my visit to the vape emporium shop in Hampstead.
As some of you guys might have seen me in 'The Planet of the Vape' forums, I was interested in buying a Provari.
I went down today to the shop as it was close to my work place, to see the Provari and the Provari- mini in person before I formed solid decisions on my purchase. To be perfectly honest, (sorry Vape Emporium) but I wasn't actually looking to buy anything today, and wanted to just see the Provari in person and get more information to come back and purchase at another date.
I have many hobbies maybe too many as most of my friends would agree and I have been to many specialist shops before in my life, and long story short, Vape Emporium was amazing, and more shops should learn from these guys on how to run a local business!
The owner of the shop Amar (hope I spelt it correct) was the one who helped me out, he was very knowledgeable and gave me great in depth and inside advices that obviously can only come with years of experience.
The staff there was very passionate in their love for vaping and it's various gears, and not once did I feel pressured in to buying anything. If anything they wanted to help me in my journey and gave me a lot of free samples to try and I could test out all their gears they had and juices in the shop till I could form a better decision my self.
Even though they never tried hard selling, and most of the time was spent with all of us kicking back on sofas trying different juices and mods, properly relaxed and chatting away, I was so blown away by the service and friendly nature of the place, I actually ended up walking out with a brand new Provari-Mini and a new Nautilus tank. Talk about counter intuitive!
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and a great local shop to go to just to kick back and chill.
Needless to say they definitely have my return service on my future gear and juice purchases!
I feel confident in that any problems I have in the future, I can just ring them up, or pop in and they will see me straight in an instant.
Also, the prices, I was expecting to be very high being a brick and motar shop in the heart of London, But no! Competitive prices with online vendors, with great service face to face, I can't think of anything more I can ask for in a London base vape shop. Or in any shop for that matter!
Strong recommendation from me folks!
